Trip to Twin Falls

Around the time of our anniversary this year we got the chance to go to Shoshone Falls with Todd and his family. Matt had never been there before and I haven't see it since we saw it as kids. (I remember there being a lot more water.) We still have a nice day, it was fun to get out of town for awhile. We also drove past the new Twin Falls temple, butI missed getting a picture or it. The Twin falls area has grown so much, there are houses practically everywhere. If you look closely at these pictures you'll notice that there are even houses in the gorge above the falls.

Graduation Day

Yay, I'm finally smart. ;-) j/k

Here are some pictures from graduation day. The pictures taken inside didn't turn out very well, but we had a nice sunny day. A few of us went to the commencement ceremony in the morning. I was kind of disappointed that they didn't hood the masters students but at least I got to walk across the stage and have them call my name. Afterwards we went back to our place and had a BBQ. We had several people come and had so much fun that we forgot to take pictures, oops. :-)

Another Kitten Update

Rachel came up this weekend and we spent some time playing with the kittens (of course) :-). Matt and I had been noticing that the kittens were kind of whinny during the week. Every time we picked them up (except for the black and white one) they would cry like it was the end of the world. We've been playing with them quite a bit this weekend to see if we can get them past this. With Rachel's help I think we managed it. They've been very sweet (mostly quite) babies since Saturday.

They are growing really quickly. I've actually been a bit amazed at how big they are getting. We noticed when we were playing with them on Saturday that they are starting to get a little playful. A couple of them batted at our fingers and they are playing with each other a bit as well. It's so much fun to watch them and play with them (especially now that we can hold them without having them scream all the time :-) ).

Business Update

Well I've been in business for a week and so far the only person wanting my services is one of my coworkers. I'm not discouraged yet, we are just coming into wedding and graduation season.
